BIG CROSSING IN FRONT OF JR SHIBUYA STATION
Some foreign tourists enjoy strolling
in the Central street.
Many passers-by are walking across the big
intersection toward the Central street, "Shibuya
Centagai" full of restaurants, cafeterias, shops, etc.

We have a big intersection in front of JR Shibuya station, where about 380,000 pedestrians
cross from multi-directions daily and opened in November, 2019 "Shibuya Sky ", new observation
deck on the top of Shibuya Scramble Square Building by JR Shibuya station from where we can
look over Central Tokyo and the suburbs.
JR Shibuya station is 10 minutes from Shinjuku and 25 minutes from Tokyo station
by JR Yamanote line. And Ginza, Hanzomon and Fuku-Toshin subway lines also come in there
as well as Toyoko and Inokashira private lines.
Shibuya area is full of many young people day and night.
This is called 109 or Tokyu building with more
than 12 floors and many fashion shops inside
for young ladies.
This is a very famous statue of "HACHIKO",of
Akita-dog. This dog had waited long for its dead
patron and finally died over 80 years ago.
Now many people are supposed to see each other
around the stature.
