Peony is called " Botan" in Japanese is one of the most elegant and glamorous flowers.
There are two kinds de peonies, spring and winter one.
Spring peony gets in bloom in April and May in Tokyo after cherry blossoms fall and
winter peony from October to January.
We say that peony represents the beauty of ladies due to its elegance and glamour.
